Ham & Cheese Muffin Pizza


A recipe from NickJr.com, kids will simply love the unique combination of an English muffin turned ham-and-cheese pizza.  It's easy to make, too!  Perfect for birthday parties where quantity is a priority, since these muffin pizza can be made by tens and hundreds, and in batches, unlike regular pizza.  Plus the fact that the quality and flavor are as fabulous as a normal pizza, doesn't hurt either!


Ingredients:

  • pre-toasted English muffin, halved crosswise
  • slices of baked ham
  • grated cheddar cheese

Direction:


1.  Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a cookie sheet lined with foil.

2.  Slice the ham into thin pieces and sprinkle on top of muffins. Top with the grated cheese. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake until the muffins are lightly toasted and cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.

3.  Transfer to serving plates.
